Ahana's POV:

I am nervous. Super freaking Nervous! Since morning, I had 2 bottles of water and I have peed uncountable times! My heart was beating so fast as I was going for an interview.

I stood in front of my full-length mirror in my room as I ran my hands on my suit to smooth it out.

Today, we were going to meet Ru's Grandparents and especially his grandfather. That is why I am super nervous.

I had met him earlier at Ru's house but it was different and today is different. And that day he was a bit cranky and we didn't have a conversation. Today Ru is taking me to them to officially meet them as his partner. Like only his!

Flashback Started!

"Princess, we have to go to my Grandparent's place to meet them!" The moment his words left his mouth, I was stunned! It is not like that ki I don't want to meet them. I want to meet them. But his daddu is a bit scary! I also know how Ru loves them.

"Kyu?"

"Because they have a little puja at their place and I want you to meet them officially!" He said while pulling me closer to him.

"Officially?" I was too confused. Pehle toh I got nervous ki mujhe milna hai and then officially?

"Unki hone vali Bahu seh milana hai!" He said and redness was already resting on cheeks. I had a whole zoo in my stomach! He uttered these words with such ease like it was a normal thing.

For me, it meant the world. He was going to his Grandparents about me as his partner.

"How are you so sure that I'll be their Bahu?"

"Because you are the love of my life. Aur aap bhi janti hain ki aap sirf meri hain! Toh biwi bhi meri he hoingi!" He responded with a smile and pecked my cheeks.

"You are so clever!"

"Not for you, baby!"

"Ru, but we haven't talked to our parents, Ayaan and Yashika!" Because I wanted my parents to know about me. I know they'll be the happiest but I wanted to break the news to them!

"Let them come back. Then we'll tell them together. Yours and Mine. Okay?" He said and I smiled at him.

I engulfed him in a hug. He holds me like a small baby holding his toy, tight yet safe. I love him for who he is, he is my charm, my peace, my calmness and for all my everything.

"Ru, sab sahi se hoga nah?" I whispered. A sudden heaviness sat on my chest. It felt like something was about to happen and that was too bad.

"Of course, Meri Jaan. I won't let anything go wrong!" He said and kissed my side of the forehead.

Flashback Ended!

My phone's sound snapped me from my thoughts. I quickly went to my check my side table who it was and the phone flashed "SHREYA🤎"

As it was a video call, I quickly turned the camera backside to not show my face to her.

"Madonna? I can't see you?" She said looking deep into her phone.

"I'm not gonna show you my face!"

"Dekha de, Ahana. You never know, tujhe dekhne se pehle he reject krdein and phr tu roye. So, lemme judge you pehle!" She is a bitch and knows exactly what will work or not!

I slowly turned my camera to my face to give her a nice and full view of my face and dress.

"Oh ho ho! Inni Soni lagriyan kudiye!" And did thu thu nazar na lage. She indeed is a drama queen.

(Oh my my! Girl, you are looking very beautiful!')

I giggled at her words. "I told you pink always suits you!" She pointed and sat on her bed.

"I look always beautiful but you only don't see it! Huh!" She rolled her eyes at me and I laughed.

"I'm nervous! I don't know but I am. I am scared also!" I suddenly let it out and she listened to my words keenly. Panic struck me again and I wanted to pee again! Fuck! I was nervous before! Then why now?

"Arre! Calm Down! You are not going to an interview! They are just humans! And of all, you are not going alone. Your Ru is with you!"

"Aey! You cannot call him Ru! Only I call him that!"

"Aree Aree! Bhai tu he rakh! I don't even want to call him! Because hai toh voh Rudransh hottie he!" She said I was supposed to act possessive but instead, I started laughing at her words.

"Kitni Chalu hai tu!" She flipped her hair at my words! She is the most beautiful woman after mum. But I cannot claim it out aloud, she will be dancing on my head after that!

"Acha! Listen, I have to go! But stay calm, everything's gonna be alright. Today's meeting will be memorable and will be the best! Just breathe!" She let out as her mum was calling her.

I nodded at her words and gave her a flying kiss as she hung up the call.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes to relax my nerves. I quickly clicked a picture of me and sent it to my mum. I told her that I was going to Ru's Grandparents' house for some puja and she was more than happy and excited for me. "Do touch their feet and seek blessings! Ok?" Her exact words.

I had to first go to the restaurant and Ru would come there to pick me up! I checked my final look in the mirror and went downstairs with my purse and keys.

Before leaving, I went to my puja ghar and prayed. I prayed that everything would work out well and be sorted. I prayed for everyone's wellness but this bad feeling was not going. My panic instinct was reduced but this heaviness on my chest was still heavy.

I was sitting in my car when my phone rang. Ru🧿 calling...

"Hello! Hello! Baby, where are you?" The moment I picked up the call an impatient Rudransh started shooting questions. He never does this. He was panting too.

"Hello! Ru? Kya hua? Are you alright?" I was concerned because he was sounding stressed and his voice was not his usual one but a panicked one at the moment and that shook me to my core.

"Ahana! Muje kuch nahi hua hai! Where are you?"

"I'm going to restaurant! Just sat in my car!"

"Okay! I'm coming!"

"But Ru! Kya hua hai? Why are you sounding like this? Is everything alright?" Stress kicked in and that ajeeb feeling entered my heart again.

"Hnji, Jaan. Everything is alright! Don't worry! I'll meet u soon!" He said and took a deep breath.

"Ok! Byee!" I said and hung up the call.

The day started with me so pathetic and now I really don't know how will it end!

I parked my car and was about to go to the restaurant but then I heard the barking of dogs from their shelter. So, I decided to meet them first and then go in.

I went to the shelter and was then attacked by all the little, cute doggos who were wagging their tails and just jumping around me and some even on me! I crouched down on the floor carefully holding my dress because I obviously didn't want it to get dirty.

I have missed my Joy and always try to see him in them. I feel peace around them. It's just a feeling which comes too easily. I ran hands on them and they all were loving it. Some were giving me their paws to hold and some were wiggling under my hold.

I stood from my place and said, "Bye babies! Wish me luck!" I smiled because I knew they understood what I said to them. And I left the place and headed to the restaurant.

I entered the restaurant and looked around. Giggling sounds, whispering, gossiping and eating food. These were the emotions I felt around me. I felt so happy that people loved my place. They made it a priority to visit. A little girl looked at me and smiled at me. I too smiled at her and waved to her as I headed to my cabin.

I called my manager and a few of my staff to do the weekly checks of certain things.

It was almost half an hour of me being in the office. I did my work and finished most of it. I was really worried about him because of the way he sounded in the morning.

I leaned back on my chair and closed my eyes when the manager barged into my cabin.

"You forget to knock!" I instantly said when heard him coming into the cabin.

"I'm sorry mam, but!" He said but he seemed confused, a bit scared and of course tensed.

"What?" I said while straightening my posture.

"Mam 4 cars have stopped outside our restaurant. They are fully tinted and I feel they are some gangsters attacking our restaurant!" He said in one breath and by his words I was also taken aback.

4 cars. Who it can be?

I quickly opened my drawer and retrieved the remote of the security camera monitor. On the large screen, I saw 3 black Endeavours and they were full tinted and a black Porsche came to my sight too.

I went near the screen to look at the number plate. It looked familiar.

It is Ru's!

But he never came with this much security to my restaurant as he knew this could scare people or animals.

What has happened to him?

I got his full view when came out of the car in a Dark Blue Kurta with his Goggles on and White Lower.

Uff! So, hot! I mentally slapped myself because I forgot about the situation.

The moment he stepped out, his guards were around him. All men in black uniforms with guns in their hands with their Bluetooth sets.

It felt that some war was about to happen in my restaurant.

"Mam? What do we do?" The manager asked and I looked at him.

"There's no need to worry! He is Rudransh only! You get to work!" I said to him with a reassuring smile and he relaxed, it was pretty evident from his face.

"Okay, mam! Thank you!" He said and left the cabin. I looked at the screen again and he was talking with his men.

Then the next moment with quick steps he entered the restaurant alone. His men were outside cuz he knew that people could feel a bit off about the gun situation!

I saw him entering and the very next moment my cabin's door was slammed open. There he was looking like a Greek God. His veiny arms scream sexiness. Him in desi is from now my favourite view.

I was about to ask him about everything but with quick strides he stood came in front of me cupped my cheeks and slammed his lips on me.

Rudransh's POV:

The moment my lips touched hers, I felt that I could fucking breathe again. I could sense her being stressed about the situation but I couldn't control myself not after what I experienced in the morning!

"Ru! Kya hogya hai? Btao! You are making me tense!" She said the moment I pulled back leaving her breathless.

Instead of talking, I hugged her. I rested my neck on her shoulder and held her tight from her lower back. She rubbed my back and back of my head with soothed me!

Flashback Started!

I wasn't able to see properly as it was pitch black. I tried to look around but failed to recognize my surroundings.

I called out. "Is anyone out there?" But no one answered. With wild gusses I tried to move from my place and tried my best to find my way out or some light.

I took baby steps because I didn't want to fall and make my clothes dirty as I wanted them to be pin proper. I suddenly heard a sound which made me flinch from my position. I called again but no one answered.

A smile crept to my face when I saw light peeping in from a small hole it seemed as if there was a door and I was in a room. I ran towards it because I wanted to get out of it.

I reached the door and tried to open it but failed. I tried to break the door but was also failed at this. Then, I peeped from the hole in the door from which the light was coming. I placed my right eye on the hole and saw someone lying on the floor.

The body was of some girl. She wore a kurti and Jeans. I was surprised to see that the kurti was similar to the one that my princess had and she wore it on the day when we went to the concert.

I called out again thinking that she must be asleep. But slowly and steadily her face was getting clearer and I was getting glimpses of her face.

Then I saw blood coming out from her head. The moment I had a clear view of the face, I choked on my breath.

It was my Princess, My Ahana!

I banged on the door loudly. She wasn't answering my voice. "Ahana!!! Jaan Open up the door!!"

I yelled from the other side. I was barely even breathing. My breath was getting heavy, I don't even know when tears started falling from my eyes.

I banged on the door again and this time it flew open. I ran to her but was thrown back. I stood on my feet and yelled her name and ran again to her but was again thrown back as if she was inside an invisible box.

"Princess!! Open your eyes!! See your Ru is here!!!"

"Ahana open your fucking eyes and fucking talking to me!"

I was on my knees and I just wanted her to wake up and fucking tell me that she is okay!!

But she wasn't even moving! I yelled her name the loudest this time and choked on my breath.

My eyes were slammed open, I was panting like hell. I was sweaty and My tears were dried.

I sat on my bed and it took a moment for me to realize that it was a dream.

I was still shaking from the dream. Fuck! This was scary and fuck my roots are shaken now.

I looked around and my phone was on the bedside table. I grabbed it in a haste and switched it on. The time was 9 am. I never slept till this late.

Fuck! Why was I sleeping till this late today?

I quickly dialed her number and in 2 rings she picked up the call. I didn't wait for her to speak. I shot my questions. I wanted to hear and this unsettling feeling inside me wanted to know if she was safe or not!

I know my voice would have panicked her but it was not in my control. I never want to lose her. She is my everything and fucking reason to live and to fucking breathe.

After telling her that I'll meet her soon. I got up and got dressed as we had to Daddu's place today.

I called my guards and from now on they'll be with her at any cost. If she doesn't agree I have to keep them in disguise.

I drove as fast as I could because I wanted her in my arms. That blood, her lying on the floor images were flashing in front of me again and again!

I don't her to leave like my parents did! I know she will not and I will protect her at any fucking cost. I reached her restaurant and guided my men to stay outside.

The moment I entered her cabin, I saw her and fucking ran to her.

Flashback Ended!

"Ahana! I love you!" I whispered in her ear and I could feel her getting goosebumps.

"I love you too baby, please btao nah hua kya hai?" She responded and rubbed my back again.

I pulled back from the hug and faced her. Her face was looking flawless as usual but she looked tensed because of me. I did not like it.

"Princess, it is nothing! I just had a bad dream!" I let it out and leaned closer as our foreheads were now touched.

"What was it about?"

"It was nothing! All I need is you to be here with me!"

"I'm always here! With You!" She said and kissed me again while holding me from the collar. She is now my need, my that addiction without which I can't live. My grandparents have a major chunk in my life. And I'm taking my most precious person to meet them first. I will propose her soon for marriage but first, this needs to happen.

"Apne breakfast kiya?" She asked as she pulled back.

"Nahi! I'm hungry!"

"What do you wanna eat?" she asked as she arranged her dupatta.

"Umm, Can I eat you?" I pulled her closer by her elbow and her cheeks turned scarlett.

"Chup karo tum!" She said as she hit my arm.

"Aare aap se tum par baht haldi aati hain aap!" She smiled.

"Tumhari harkatein he aisi hain!" She said and we bought laughed.

"Chlo, let's eat something! Vrna we'll get late!" Then we ate our food in peace.

Ahana's POV:

We both sat in the car to leave for our destination and I decided to tell him about me feeling anxious and nervous because he should be fully aware of it.

"What is bothering you?" He said as she fastened his seatbelt. I was shocked about how he knew that something was bothering me.

"Ru, see don't get offended by this!" I said this because I know he loves his daddu and my words could hurt him.

"I never get offended by your words and never will! Just let it out!" He said as he turned towards me and placed his hands on mine.

"Pehle toh, you are looking utterly handsome, hot and sexy that I can't take my eyes off you!" He needs to know this because was looking this way, he laughed and said it was too much to give me butterflies.

"Why would I get offended by this Princess?"

"Not this but-" I took a deep breath and he nodded me to go on.

"I am too nervous because I met your daddu at your place while you were in Mumbai and he is a bit scary!" I let it and that too in breath with closed eyes.

I opened my eyes to see him smiling and that was too a large grin.

"Princess, He is a bit scary but trust me he has a Golden heart!" He said while cupping my cheeks.

"You know that day, he was saying that your marriage will be done with the choice of his girl only!" I said because that was the only reason he looked scary.

"Bas! Don't worry about that, jaan. That won't happen ever. You also know that! Toh take a deep breath and everything's gonna go well. Because if we are together nothing is gonna go work!" He said with an assuring smile and pecked my cheek.

His words really helped me to calm down! If he is by my side then nothing could go wrong.

Why do I forget often that I'm Ahana Kapoor? I ain't scared of anyone! Huh!

"Chalo abh kitna late karoge!" I said as I turned forward, he smiled and started driving.

It was a 1 hour long drive to their place. The moment we reached I could hear the hawan going on already. The view to their place was utterly gorgeous and was pretty peaceful too.

The moment we entered their society area we had to walk a bit to their place. Ru placed his hand on my lower back while guiding me to his Grandparent's place.

He was also telling me what he used to do in his childhood days, how much fun he and his fun used to have! And from all the talk I concluded that Ru was the crankiest one! And Ashutosh was the chill one. Abhishek and Mihir were a mixture of both.

As I was fixing my dupatta which was task for me, my hand touched his waist. But it felt something hard I touched. It doesn't feel like skin under cloth.

"What is in your waist band?" I stopped as I stood and asked him while pointing in that direction.

"It is nothing!" I could clearly see a change of expressions on his face.

"Rudransh, tell me what is it?" I took a step forward to me.

"You'll not scream!" I nodded and lifted his kurta a bit and It was gun! A freaking Gun. We already had our guards around us.

"Why are you carrying a fucking gun?" I whisper screamed and WTF how does he know that I'l scream.

"For safety purposes!" He said casually.

"We have guards around us. I don't think it is need here!" I said and he pulled me in.

"Ahana! It is needed everywhere around me! I want you to keep one too for your protection because now you are with me! And danger follows me!" He said and was a little taken aback.

He clearly read my expression which were too mixed and said, "Don't think just enjoy today and we'll talk later about it! Alright!" He said and I nodded with a smile.

We both were intruptted when a bunch of kids yelled Rudransh's name.

"Assholes" he uttered when he saw them and hit him on his arm!

"RUDRANSH BHAIYA!" they came running and hugged him.
