Ahana's POV:

I saw a bunch of small kids like they must be 10 or 12 years old yelling Rudransh's name and came running towards him.

I pulled back from the hug and a huge smile crept on my face looking at the view. They came running and hugged Ru which made him shift from his position as they came fast.

They all were reaching to his thighs, so he crouched in front of them and they all embraced him tightly. He too looked happy. I haven't seen him this way anytime, in fact, he is grumpy around everyone even the kids in our locality.

"Rudransh bhaiya, we missed you!" A small girl said while hugging him.
"I missed y'all too kiddos!" He said and a few minutes back he was mentioning them as 'Assholes'.

"Bhaiya, apko pata hai meine na apni class meh top kia!" A boy voiced it out and he patted him and told him to keep it up.

"Now, Do you all want to meet someone special?" Rudransh said while standing and smoothing his Kurta.
"Yes!" Everyone squealed.

I was constantly smiling at them because they all looked so, content and especially he was looking so happy that it made my heart flutter.

"Everyone meet Ahana!" He held my hand and slowly pulled me towards him as I waved to everyone with a smile!
"Hello, Didi!!" Everyone yelled together.

"How are y'all?" I said as I patted a kid's head.
"We all are good!" Again screamed together.
"Rudransh Bhaiya yeh hain kon?" A little boy asked him. Ru looked at me and smiled as he replied, "She is my love! And tum sabki bhabhi!" Redness crept into my cheeks yet again. He is naughty like hadh se zada vala naughty!

"Ooooooo!!! Apki shaadi hoyegi?" One of the kids asked.
"Baht Jald!" He said and squeezed my hand hard. My heart flutters whenever he uses the word shaadi, biwi! I just wanted to kiss him and tell him that yes, I will marry you!

"Bhaiya, humare gifts?"
"Go near that car and the guard will give you your gifts!" He said and the kids hooted and ran to the car. I followed his gaze and saw him smiling at the kids and it was so cute that I pecked the corner of his lips.

"Who are they Ru?" I asked as he turned his face towards me.
"They are very special kids. Although, they all are a pain in the ass still I manage." He said as he snaked his arm around me.

"First of First stop cursing! For God's sake, they are kids!" I slapped his arm which made him smile and he nodded.
"You are always Grumpy around kids but a softie for them!"

"I try to make them happy because I never want a kid to feel the way I did." My brain started glitching when he completed his words. He felt the confusion on my face and continued.

"When I was a kid, my parents left me for 15 years with my grandparents as they wanted to expand their business! I was alone here and I had nobody at that time. I used to do everything alone. I guess that experience made a boundary in front of me which I didn't let anyone cross! The boundary was only crossed by Ashutosh, Abhishek and Mihir at that time and now You!" He spoke and my heart sobbed for him and the lil Rudransh.

"Tabhi, I try to keep and am keeping Yashika happy and content so that she doesn't feel the way I did!" My respect for him was raised like it skyrocketed. I always have admired him even when we didn't used to talk. He has always been like a Gentleman but sometimes back then also did things that were Red flags. But for me, he is always a green one!

"I love you, Ru! For everything, for every you. And every moment of you!" I cupped his cheeks and placed a small kiss on his forehead. I could feel him smiling under my touch and I always wanted him to be that way!

I pulled back only to feel heated gazes on us. Fuck! I totally forgot that we were in public and now Aunty's are staring at us!

"Fuck them! And focus on me!" He said as he too felt my sudden reaction. I eyed him because he knew how I felt and laughed out loud.

God! His laugh is so sexy that I can melt in it!

When they went inside the mansion. It was beautifully decorated with marigolds, roses and white lilies. I looked around the place to have a nice view of the living room.

Many heads were turned on our way as we moved to his Grandparents. My hand was in his hands and I squeezed it out of nervousness to which he gave me an assuring smile.

"Rudra!!" An old lady beautifully dressed in a red saree came into my view. She was beautiful, she had pink cheeks, her hair was nicely tied in a bun and was giving a huge smile. That must be his grandmother.

"Dadi!" Ru whispered in my direction as we moved closer to her. Ru bent to touch her feet to seek blessing and I waited for him to first introduce me.

"Kaisa hai mera, Rudra!" His daddi said as she kissed his cheek and her eyes were glittering with emotions.

"Meh theek hun daddi! I want you to meet someone!" He responded and then reached out to me as he held my hand and I walked in his direction.

"Daddi! Yeh Ahana hai!" He said and bent to touch her feet but she held me from my shoulder and pulled me into a warm hug instead.

"Betiyan paer nahi shuti!" She uttered. I smiled under her touch. "You are the first girl ever Rudra has introduced me to!" She whispered and I pulled back.

"And You are a beautiful young lady!" She said while cupping my cheek and we both smiled. A giggly feeling entered me!

I am the first one!

I looked at him and we both smiled because he exactly knew what I felt.
Pandit Ji started calling family members to come as Hawan was about to begin.

"Rudra! Beta chalo! Maha Arti tumhe he karni hai! Aur aaj Ahana beti bhi aai hai toh tum dono ko he karni hai!" He nodded and held my hand as we went to the hawan kund and sat near it.

I slid my dupatta above my head as we both sat. I saw his grandfather eyeing me. We haven't met him yet, because he was getting late for puja. But his grandfather seemed a bit off.

"Don't look at him! Concentrate on hawan!" Ru placed a hand on my lap and as he whispered this. I snapped in his direction and tilted my neck towards the Hawan.

How does he always know?

Hawan was now done and we had to distribute Prasad among all. Ru held the prasad thali and I offered it to everyone. While offering my dupatta slid down and he in a swift move arranged it again to make it easy for me. I don't know but his minimal efforts make my heart crazy.

We gave the prasad to everyone and reached in front of the kids. They were 4. All looked in their 20's. Ru turned me to them and introduced me.

"Guys! She is Ahana!" Ru said as they all engulfed me in a hug. They were sweet but I didn't know their names yet!

"Oi! Leave her!" Ru's voice was enough for them to get scared. "Princess, he is Aman, Sakshi, Avika and Abhimanyu!"

He pointed to everyone and named them out. I waved to everyone with a huge grin because they seemed nice. They were his cousins.

"Ahana di! It's so good to meet you! Let this get finished then we all will sit and talk!" Avika said and squealed as I nodded with a smile.

"They are jerks! If they annoy you, punch them!" My eyes shot up at Ru's words as she whispered them in her ear while returning the prasad thali.

"Rudransh, yr mandir hai! Language!" I emphasized the word language and he smirked and mouthed sorry!

We both stood in front of Lord Shiva's statue and prayed. I knew how of a big devotee Ru is of Shiv. His name also means "Rudransh- Shiva's Part". I looked at him standing in a stiff position eyes closed, hands folded and I felt he was praying for something really special.

I closed my eyes and prayed for him. I prayed to give everything he was asking for, to bless us and be with us always. I gave my gratitude to them for making me meet him.

"Apka he hoon! Mangne ki zarurt nahi hai!" My eyes were shot open when he whispered in my ear as he arranged my dupatta.

"Everything is not about you!" I snapped while turning.
"But my everything is you!" He said and I was shut like my lips sealed and butterflies erupted again and I was red again.

Everyone sitting in the living room was having full-fledged fun. They all were easy to talk to. I was sitting with Daddi and he went for an important call.
The only cranky, grumpy and scary person in the room was his grandfather.

Although was laughing and talking to everyone except for me. When Ru took me to meet him, he didn't say anything except "Bless You!". And Ru told me to just not think about it. He'll be alright.

I don't know why again and again after a few hours my chest feels heavy. It feels like a bad emotion is about to happen. My heart picks up pace with doesn't let me breathe. My intuitions are not very active but today I feel something is not right.

"So, Ahana! What do you do?" Abhimanyu asked. He is the elder of all the siblings. He sat with a straight face and talked with a straight face.

"I have a restaurant business!" I said.
"What type of restaurant do you have?" He asked but it was mockingly like it was just a restaurant.

"I mean what's its name?" He is a jerk. Ru was right and now I wanted to punch me.

"It's Joy's Love!" I said and his eyes widened. "It's yours?" He asked and others looked at me with hopeful eyes.

"Yes! It is!" I said and everyone except Abhimanyu screamed. "Omg! You know it's my favourite, We have been there so many times!" Girls said.

"You really have a good restaurant!" Abhimanyu exclaimed and I guess he mentally slapped himself for judging me.
"I-----" was interrupted by Ru's voice.

"And she's more successful and intelligent than you!" Ru said as she entered the living room and eyed Abhimanyu hard.

Aman laughed and said, "Rudra bhai now, Abhi has a bruised ego!" And everyone laughed except him. He left the room as he had a meeting to attend.

Ru winked in my direction and sat beside me. "Are you enjoying?" He said as he held my hand tight. I nodded with the brightest smile I had because I was enjoying my every minute here!

I was just a bit, not very much worried about his Daddu. I don't how he'll react later. I didn't realise that his daddi was not beside me. And was coming from a side room with a guitar in her hand.

"Aaj Rudra itni der baad aya hai toh, he'll sing a song for us!" I didn't believe my ears because in no world did I know that he could sing or play guitar.

Like! OMG! FUCKKK!! WOOOW. I don't know how many more talents he has.

I looked at him with curiosity. "You know, how to play it?" And he looked at me. "I used to but not now!" And looked at his daddi again.

"Daddi abh nahi, I don't play it anymore! You can keep it inside!" His daddi nodded in a NO.

Everyone in the room asked him to play but he was quite certain that he will not.

I wanted to listen to him! I wanted to see him!

"Please nah Ru! Please sing it for me! I haven't seen you playing like ever!" I looked at him with a pleading look.

"You want me to do it?" And I nodded a big yes!! "I will only do it for you! And yes, don't say please ever! Just order!"
He said and went to his daddi and took his guitar from her. She excitedly came and sat beside me again.

I brought my phone out and opened the camera to record him. There was not a single chance that I would miss it. He took the guitar out of the bag and a huge smile covered his face.

"Omg! Bhai with Guitar after so long!" Avika squealed in excitement and Ru was fully focused on tuning the guitar.

Pata nahi konse karamo ka faal mila muje. That I got Him♡

He ran his fingers on the string and a melody occurred. Everyone did a pin-drop silence and focused on him.

"मैं शायर तो नहीं" He started singing and I got goosebumps all over my body.

His fingers ran smoothly on the guitar as he started humming the song. He sang only one line till now and I was melted.

"मैं शायर तो नहीं, मगर ऐ हसीं
जबसे देखा मैंने तुझको, मुझको शायरी आ गयी" He started and his voice was a mixture of dark, heavy yet melodious one. He was singing and looking at me which made my cheeks scarlet and I got butterflies yet again.

"मैं आशिक तो नहीं मगर ऐ हसीं, जब से देखा मैंने तुझको, मुझको, आशिकी आ गयी"

And yet again I fell for and this time too much harder. His constant look at me made me feel like his every word was meant for me! But him singing I never expected.

He finished the song and we stood and clapped hard for him. He bowed down and came to me and his daddi. He kissed his daddi's hand and then mine.

"Any more talents left in you, Mr Raichand?" I asked as he stood beside me. "This was merely a show, Princess! Haven't even started yet!" He said and his eyes went to my lips.

I knew what he meant. But I jerked his gaze off as we were in public!

As if I care!

But I made a reputation which I cannot afford to break.

As we were about to leave, we went to his Daddu's room to bid him bye because he was sitting with us at the dining table. I held Ru's hand tighter because I didn't know how he'd react!

Ru knocked and then opened the door. He was sitting in his rocking chair in front of the large window and was reading a book.

We both walked close to him, "Daddu, we are going!"Ru broke the silence as we stood near him.

"Hm! Go safely!" That's all. This was the only thing he uttered before us and Ru squeezed my hand and looked at me not to say anything.

"Rudra! Can you bring a bottle of water for me?" He said and Ru nodded. Ru went outside to bring it and as I was about to move out his daddu told me to wait here.

I looked in his direction in suspicion and my defense mechanism activated. He stood and walked up to me with hands at his back.

"Ahana Kapoor!" He said like it was a curse and I nodded with a "Yes".

"I don't like your family!" He said in cunt voice and I stood still as I understood that it is happening. He is confronting me. I relaxed myself because I wanted this to go right!

Like Absolutely right!

"So, that means I don't like you too!" I was shocked by his statement he just threw it in my face. He said in a casual tone and my feet started trembling.

"What I mean by saying this is that you need to get out of his life!" I fucking froze at my place as the words left his mouth.

'WHAT IN THE HELL! HE THINKS I'M GONNA DO THAT!'

"I'm sorry! I don't think that's gonna happen, sir!" I replied him being full of confidence because that'll never happen.

"I don't need your sorry! I want you out! He will get married but by my choice. I won't ever let him marry you!" He said as he pointed his walking stick towards me.

Is he sick or what?

I stood well in my position because I knew my Ru, my man wouldn't leave me. Ever. I watched him straight in the eyes which screamed poison and mine were full of confidence that you will fucking fail.

"That's not gonna happen!" These words were enough to trigger him. He stood firmly and came closer to me.

Where the fuck is Rudransh? He went to bring water not make water.

"You are going to regret this, you little shit!" He said and I breathed heavily.
"Try me!" I uttered and eyed him.

"Daddu paani!" Rudransh entered with a bottle in his hand and came towards us.
"I'm sorry, daddi neh rok diya tha!" He uttered as he gave him water.

I watched Ru constantly and he somehow felt the heaviness of my gaze. He looked at me and sensed the tension on my face. I fucking want to tell him about his daddu has told me.

I wanted to tell him that his lovely grandfather wanted me to get away from him. He held my hand tight and squeezed it as he mouthed 'What happened' I nodded it off as I wanted to talk in private.

After the meet Mr Great Raichand, my evening has now become shit. We had dinner at them but my mind was busy processing his words. I have not done anything wrong to him, so why is he so annoyed by me?

Ru has already sensed tension looming over me and now has asked 100th time what has happened. I can't tell him here, not now. Because I know the moment he'll get to know he'll lash out.

And I really don't want it. Today was a special day for his family, I cannot destroy it because of these shitty words.

That heavy feeling on my chest returned and I was now feeling suffocated. I drank a glass of water and took deep breaths but nothing worked.

"Baby, kya hogya?" I felt a strong hand on my lower back sliding to my waist which was tugging me backwards.

I turned my face to his. The moment my eyes met his, a sudden wave of realization hit me. 'What if he goes away from me?' And my eyes welled up.

I instantly hugged to hide away my tears as I didn't want to break down. I needed to handle this all situation maturely. "Ahana, what happened? Kya hogya bacche?" He said while rubbing my back.

"Kuch nahi! Just missing maa and papa!" I had to say something and this time I really wanted to go to them and tell them about this.

"Arre! Bas! Do you want to go meet them? Tell me and we'll be there tomorrow!" He said as he cupped my face and I don't know when tears fell from my eyes as he wiped them with his thumb.

"Nahi! Itna bhi nahi !" I said as I smiled under his touch. I can't go away from him because I don't know what his grandfather will do.

"Meh idar hun! Kabhi nahi jaa raha apse dur!" He uttered as he engulfed me in a warm and peaceful hug. I took long breaths to ensure that everything's gonna be alright.

I mentally prepared myself to talk to him calmly so, that he doesn't lose his calm and things be changed with love forever.

Everyone was standing at the mansion's gate as they were bidding us goodbyes. Today, was the best day except for that shitty part.

I stood opposite Ru as he held my hand and was not ready to leave. His back was facing inside the mansion and I stood in front of his face.

His Daddi came near me, "You are a beautiful soul! And my Rudra has chosen the best for himself! He is happy with you! So, be together" She placed her hand on my head as she was giving her blessings. I was too overwhelmed by her words but unfortunately, her husband doesn't think the same!

I know we will find the solution, we will also be together and will have a happy ending.

I was looking at Ru, only to find him looking at me with the sweetest yet evil smile on his face. He was looking like a sexy devil in a kurta.

I was constantly looking at him, but then suddenly his expression changed into something terrific. He yanked me by my arm and I fell in Abhimanyu's arm.

He took his gun out from his waistband and a gunshot echoed!

"Ruuuuuuuuuu" I yelled.
